The PPC is a non - political organisation formed by, and functions for, the parishioners of St. Agnes Catholic Church, Maryland.
OBJECTIVES OF THE PARISH  PASTORAL COUNCIL
1.   To detemine what the parish should do in order to fulfill its missionary               apostolate.

2.   To avail members of the parish the means of raising their moral and spiritual        values; offering mutual help and providing opportunities for interaction.

3.   To decide on ways and means most suitable for carrying out the apostolic        work.

4.   Membership is composed of elected presidents secretaries of all the major        societies in the Parish as members of the council.
First inauguration- 8th Apirl, 1983.

Meetings- Usually held on every third Sundayof the month after the last morning                   Mass

Numerical strength- Representives of all Church  societies and Basic Christian  Communities (BCCs) as well as nominees of the Parish Priest.
